another one!
i've always been fascinated by polaroids so i couldn't resist trying this one it. this was very easy. i used my picture...
again. if i'm gonna mess up anyone's picture, it's going to be mine :D. that's a total of 11 polaroids. i think. i lost count.
i learned how to do that
here.
i'm really enjoying doing these kinds of things. shows just how creative one can be with a computer. haha.

this was pretty easy. the only hassle was to erase the center of the magnifying glass. it took a while because i used the eraser. it looks fairly straightforward, doesn't it?
i thought so too. until it hit me that no one brings magnifying glasses underwater. ugh. wrong picture
again! why can't i choose wisely? apart from that slight mishap, i think the effect turned out well.
i learned how to do that

i messed this up badly. the black and white image of myself is screwed up. you can barely recognize me. it was supposed to resemble a "Scarface" movie poster.

didn't turn out well. again, i chose the wrong picture. to be honest, i haven't even seen this movie. i just thought that doing a movie poster would be fun. it looked pretty easy based from the tutorial. sigh. practice makes perfect.
i learned how to do that

this is supposed to have a "retro comic book effect
". successful?
i think i chose the wrong picture. it took a while because of all the steps. i even had to download the "comic book font". i think it worked out alright. i'll definitely be trying this again. it's pretty cool. it's better up close. you can really see the details.

this is...POP ART.
or so it was. i was trying to do a pop art effect on my picture. i thought that the background was a little plain (my bedroom walls) so i put it on the background from
COLOURlovers. i think it worked out pretty well. not bad for someone just following tutorials. :D
i learned to do that
here.
