nearing the end

currently listening to: let me love you - alex lambert
my high school life is nearly over and i'm not sure how i feel about it.
sure, there was that sentimental moment at a restaurant after the parent's graduation where i reminisced as i was waiting for the food to arrive. but other than that, i don't think it's hit me fully. maybe that's what the graduation is for on saturday. to make sure we fully understand what we're leaving behind, what's ahead of us, what the changes will be, and what will remain the same no matter what.
i can only describe the practices as a test of patience and the ability to stay awake and to restrain the shoe-throwing tendencies. but they're fun sometimes because everyone is 'sabaw' in their own way. most people remain quiet while some (i.e. myself) start singing random songs and start annoying the hell out of people within tickling range (when i'm not asleep, that is).
i can't really believe high school is over. but i can't ignore the evidence. all the pictures that represent farewells and some good riddances. all the forms for college. all the hugs and smiles.
it's so sad.
so does this mean goodbye to this blog that i've been pouring my heart out too for most of my high school life?
no. dear blog, you're not going anywhere.
