i have been awake for only 4 hours now. you know what that means? it means i woke up at around 2 PM. and that's because there's no one to wake me up from my slumber. it's always like this on thursdays. jeneth, an employee, takes her day-off today so that means our maid, cel, has to go to the store to take her place and help out. since mom always does her errands at around lunchtime, there's no one in the house except me and my brother.

so i woke up at 2-ish and i found my brother sprawled on the couch, still watching Samurai X. he told me he already had lunch consisting of hot dogs. left to my own devices, the only logical thing left to do was rummage around the kitchen. there was still rice so all i had to do was stick the sinigang baboy in the microwave, voila! lunch! the ice cream man was once again patrolling the streets so i decided to buy some. bad idea. i bought the drumstick. i forgot that the wafer cone on those things were really hard. it hurt my teeth to have to finish it off. :(

i'm still not used to having braces. i woke up the other day and i thought there was some food stuck on my teeth or something. turns out they were just my braces. stupid, huh?

in other news, enrollment time is next week. wonder who my classmates will be. wonder why i'm not nervous.
