yay! my 60th post! not that significant but still! hehe! anyway, today we had our achievement tests and practical exam in computer. the computer part was easy. the last part was hard to figure out though (screen 3). the achievement test in math was brutal. filipino was surprisingly easy and english is just fine. the science test was kinda confusing though. busy, busy week this week. last tuesday we went to see the ballet. specifically romeo and juliet by ballet manila. the show was free thanks to stc alumni-lisa macuja. the dancers were good. i just found that watching just a ballet with no dialouge will get old after a while. i was really sleepy by act 3. anyway, this wednesday, i went to leky's house to make that innovative experiment of ours. we made homemade ice cream (cookies and cream flavor). it was really popular with our classmates and teachers. mrs. dela peña thought it was too sweet but that's just her. sir ralph found our ice cream better than magnolia's! haha! sam is surprisingly a fun seatmate. i say that because she helps me understand math. =) just kidding. she makes me laugh a lo to the point where my attention has to be called by the teachers. argh. next week is our very last week of first year! last week of my freshman year. and it won't happen again. =) wow. that's huge. next year i'll be in second year. with longer skirts and more jogging pants. a sophomore that has to deal with change! and more math problems! i almost forgot! we also had our speech presentation last tuesday. after the ballet. i don't think i've written about it yet. i better do it now.
title- WANTED: A CHAPERON
characters- don francisco-carmina; dona petra-nicole; roberting-gelene; nena-erika; dona dolores-janinna; servant-sandy; pablo-jeizel
i'd rather not summarize it. i think i already know the story by heart. miss fronteras was thankfully in a good mood during our play. she just laughed a lot, which is good. i hope i get a high grade. the actors were really commendable. that's my week. i have no specific plans for summer yet. i'll probably take up violin and maybe volleyball(?). momtold me about summer camp. they are apparently copying those camps in the states. i want to go. hopefully i get a chance to and meet some new people. ahh! exciting! =) that's it for now. i wanna read some fanfics--currently hooked on fanfics about Life With Derek!
